SINGAPORE: As part of ongoing efforts to reward its loyal clientele, Millennium & Copthorne International launches a brand new loyalty programme, the Millennium & Copthorne Loyalty Club (M&C Loyalty Club), which replaces its preceding Frequent Guest Rewards (FGR) programme.
The new M&C Loyalty Club boasts an expanded benefit programme that will include privileges and rewards applicable across all of Millennium & Copthorne hotels globally by 3rd quarter of 2010.
The launch of the M&C Loyalty Club will be in progressive phases and has already kicked off with the Asia and China regions, and will gradually expand over the next months to include properties in the United Kingdom, the United States and the Middle East as well as New Zealand.
M&C Loyalty Club membership is divided into three tiers – Classic, Gold and Diamond – depending on the member’s qualifying stays. Each tier is entitled to varying privileges across all the properties under the programme, which include fast-track registration, early check-in and late check-out, broadband benefits, complimentary room upgrades, birthday rates, dining discounts and more.
On top of membership privileges, Loyalty Clubmembers will also earn points for every qualifying stay at any participating Millennium & Copthorne hotel. These points can then be used to redeem rewards and offers exclusively sourced for Clubmembers.
