The 2016 Cross-Strait (Xiamen & Kinmen) Walkathon was host on 13 August. Almost 90 staffs of Millennium Hotel Xiamen and their families took part in the activity in order to make some contribution for the environment protection. By every kilometer a participant walks, 2 bottles of water will be donated to the sanitation workers.

Mr. Simon Jim, the General Manager of Millennium Harbourview Hotel Xiamen said it is a meaningful activity. He added that hotel always pay attention to the environment protection. The Walkathon is a valuable for the staffs and their family, since it is not only a contribution to protecting the environment, but also a good way to understand Kinmen’s local customs.
