Xiamen's first water show park, which is being built with an investment of nearly 100 million RMB, will feature a large-scale musical fountain, a large audience platform that can hold up to 1,500 visitors, and high-tech approaches that will create a world-class water show.
The project is now under construction in Haicang Lake.
New rule for free Xiamen-Gulangyu ferry service for children
Starting from December 1st, parents can apply for real-name tickets (with their child's valid ID) for children under 1.2 meters tall, who will be entitled to free Xiamen-Gulangyu ferry service. The offer is available at ticket offices at ferry terminals.
Each adult can only apply for one free ticket for each child. Tickets are half price for extra children from 1.2 to 1.5 meters tall.
